Step 1: Whitelisting Accounts & Wallets
Whitelisting is the process of registering your external bank accounts and crypto wallet addresses with our platform. For your security, and to comply with the (new travel rule regulations)[https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/criminal-justice/Pages/changes-to-value-transfer-obligations.aspx], you can only deposit from or withdraw to an address that has been successfully whitelisted and approved.
How to Whitelist a New Account or Wallet
Section titled “How to Whitelist a New Account or Wallet”Only users with Administrator or Finance Officer roles can initiate a whitelisting request.
- Navigate to the Funding section and select the “Whitelisted Addresses” tab.
- Click the “Add New” button and choose whether you are whitelisting a FIAT Bank Account or a Crypto Wallet.
- Complete the dynamic form with all the required details (e.g., account label, bank name, account number, wallet hash, network).
- Submit the request for review. Our compliance team will review the request and you will be notified upon its approval.
Viewing and Archiving Whitelisted Addresses
Section titled “Viewing and Archiving Whitelisted Addresses”From the “Whitelisted Addresses” tab, you can view all your approved accounts and wallets and see their details.
If an account or address is no longer in use, you can Archive it. Archiving deactivates the address, meaning it can no longer be used for deposits or withdrawals, helping you maintain a clean and current address book.
