How to Deposit Funds

Before you can deposit, you must have a whitelisted bank account or crypto wallet. If you have not done this yet, please see our Whitelisting Guide first.

How to Make a Deposit

1. Navigate to the Funding section and click the “Deposit” button.
2. Select the asset you wish to deposit (e.g., AUD, USD, BTC).
3. The system will display the unique deposit instructions for that asset.

Depositing FIAT Currency

You will be shown the specific bank account details for your deposit, including:

• Bank Name
• Account Number
• SWIFT/BIC Code
• Beneficiary Name

CRITICAL: Use Your Unique Reference Code

You must include the unique Reference/Memo code provided on the screen with your bank transfer. Failure to include this code will result in significant delays in crediting the funds to your account.

Depositing Crypto Assets

You will be shown the unique, static deposit address for your account.

• Use the “Copy to Clipboard” button to ensure accuracy.
• Double-check that you are sending funds on the correct network (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum). Sending assets on an incorrect network may result in the permanent loss of funds.

After you have sent the funds from your whitelisted account, they will be credited to your (Redacted) account after the required number of bank processing days or network confirmations. You can track the status in your Funding History.
