How to Withdraw Funds
You can only withdraw funds to a bank account or crypto wallet that has been successfully whitelisted. Please see our Whitelisting Guide if you have not yet registered a destination address.
How to Initiate a Withdrawal Request
Section titled “How to Initiate a Withdrawal Request”Only users with Administrator or Finance Officer roles can initiate a withdrawal.
- Navigate to the Funding section and click the “Withdraw” button.
- Select the currency you wish to withdraw. Your available balance will be displayed.
- From the dropdown menu, select a whitelisted destination address.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You can use the “Max” button to withdraw your full available balance.
- Review the details and submit the request.
Approval Workflows for Withdrawals
Section titled “Approval Workflows for Withdrawals”If your organization has configured a Secure Approval Workflow, your withdrawal request may be placed in a “Pending Approval” state.
- The designated approvers in your organization will be notified.
- The withdrawal will only be submitted for processing after it has received the required number of internal approvals.
- This is a security feature to enforce your company’s internal policies.
Cancelling a Pending Withdrawal
Section titled “Cancelling a Pending Withdrawal”If a withdrawal request has not yet been processed by our settlements team (i.e., its status is “Pending Approval” or “Processing”), you may have the option to cancel it from the Funding History table.
